摘　　要：酒店管理专业学生本行业就业率低一直是困扰院校和酒店行业的一大难题。文章选取日资、美资和中资酒店三种不同类型酒店的实习生作为调研对象,调查学生在定岗实践过程中实习预期(Expectancy)、实习过程情绪管理(Mood)和实习满意度(Satisfaction)三项因素与本行业就业倾向之间的关系和相关规律。研究发现:酒店的作息制度、培训体系是影响其本行业就业的主要因素。据此,尝试从学校、学生和酒店三方提出对策建议。Low employment rate in the tourism industry for the students of the vocational schools majoring in hospitality has been a difficult problem troubling schools and hotels. Interns from three kinds of hotels invested by Japan, U. S and China are chosen as the targets, the paper is written to investigate the influencing factors of the students＇ expectancy, mood and satisfaction （EMS） in the course of internship period and their association with the employment tendency and relevant rules. It is found that hotel＇s schedules, training systems are the chief factors to affect the employment in the hospitality. Finally, the paper puts forward some measures to improve the intern effects.
