临床医学专业学位研究生教育与住院医师规范化培训“双轨合一”培养模式分析

摘　　要：作为毕业后教育的重要组成部分,住院医师规范化培训和临床医学专业学位研究生教育并存存在矛盾,造成了教学资源浪费。笔者对两者并轨的必要性、可行性及实施思路与难点等问题进行分析,提出将两者进行科学的统一,建立适应毕业后教育培养需求的"双轨合一"培养模式。As the main part of medicla eduac tion after graduation,contradictory in the coexistenceo f ts andardized traiin ng for resident doctors and education for postgraduate students with profse sional degr ee in clinical medicine exists, which ac uses the waste in educational resources.The authors discusst he necessity,feasibility,implementing ideas and diffi-culties,and suggest the scientific unity of the two for the establishment of the“combined training model” suitable with the educational training after graduation.
