摘 要:学生长于以记忆为主的陈述性知识学习,同时又弱于以解决问题为中心的程序性知识学习,是当下中国基础教育中面临的普遍问题,同时也是亟待解决的教育难题。这一特点,在云南少数民族地区的基础教育中尤为明显。小学阶段,作为学生形成生活、学习能力习惯的基础阶段,所形成的学习习惯对将来长期的学习将产生深远的影响。因此,在小学阶段探索有效培养学生创新意识的策略,对于提升学生的创新能力,将有非常现实的实践意义。本文根据学生素质基本结构理论的认识,提出从各科教学;课堂与课外;意识、行为、热情并重的培养策略。The students are good at memorizing description- based knowledge but poor at grasping procedure- based knowledge focused on solving problems,a characteristic best illustrated in basic education in the areas inhabited by minority ethnic groups in Yunnan Province. As the pupils form their living and studying habits at primary school,this is a stage that will have lasting influence on them and,for this very reason,it is a practical strategy to start developing their innovation awareness at this stage. This paper,based on the theory of basic quality structure of the pupils,suggests that such a strategy be carried out on both curricular and extracurricular bases to ensure that the pupils develop well in terms of awareness,action and enthusiasm.
