面向制造业的电子商务人才项目驱动式培养模式研究

摘　　要：在中国电子商务迅速发展的背景下,企业对电子商务人才的需求与日俱增,但近几年电子商务专业毕业生的对口就业率偏低。基于电子商务人才培养的重要性与紧迫性,本文以制造业电子商务人才需求为基础,提出符合企业需求的电子商务人才项目驱动式的培养模式,并在教学体系构建、校企合作模式上提出具体的实施途径。With the rapid development of China e-commerce, the enterprise＇s demand of e-commerce talent is growing.,but the employment rate of e-commerce major students is low. Based on the importance and urgency the training of e-commerce talent, this paper presented the training mode of the e-commerce project-driven meeting the demand of enterprises, and gave suggestions in constructing teaching system and modulating the school-enterprise cooperation mode.
