县级教师培训机构建设发展策略研究——基于A省的专项调研

摘　　要：作为中小学教师培训实施主体之一的县级教师培训机构,面临着诸多建设发展困境:定位不够明确,地位不够突出;教师整体素质偏低,能力较弱;经费保障不力,办学条件较差;发展被边缘化,底气动力不足。实现县级教师培训机构的建设发展,需要加快县级教师发展中心建设步伐,尽快建立健全教师培训标准体系,加大教师培训工作专项督导力度,推进区域教师研修学院建设试点。As one of the subjects of primary and secondary school teachers training implementation,county-level teachers’training institutions now confront numerous predicaments,such as indefinite orientation,neglected position,lower puality and capability of overall teaching staff,inadepuate expenditure,poor educating conditions, marginalization of development,and lowly-motivated. To achieve the construction development of teacher training institutions at the county level,we should speed up the construction of faculty development centers,optimize the standard system of teacher training, intensify supervision over teacher training projects, and promote the construction experiment of teachers’training colleges.
