摘　　要：分析了食品行业的发展及食品科学与工程专业教育的现状,从培养目标、课程设置、教材选用及实验室建设方面着手,进行宁德师范学院食品科学与工程专业本科教学体系改革的探索.The paper analyzes the development of food industry and the educational situations of Food Science and Engineering. It presents some ideas on reforming the teaching system of Food Science and Engineering in the light of such aspects as strengthening the sense of training Objectives, curriculum, textbooks selection and experiment teaching.
