摘　　要：文章在分析高职商品养护课程教学现状的基础上,结合冷藏商品养护单元教学实例,探讨了PBL教学法在商品养护课程中的具体应用,并指出了实施PBL教学法应注意的几个问题,以期提高PBL教学法的实施效果。Based on the analysis of the teaching situation of commodity maintenance course in higher vocational colleges, combined with frozen commodity maintenance unit teaching examples, discusses the concrete application of PBL teaching method in the maintenance of commodity in the curriculum, and points out some problems that should be paid attention to in the implementation of the PBL teaching method, in order to improve the implementation effect of PBL teaching method.
