摘　　要：幼儿园开展家长志愿服务,能够有效地挖掘家长资源,丰富幼儿园资源,弥补幼儿园教育资源的不足,同时促进教师和家长不断自我完善,增进家园共育和亲子沟通,有利于幼儿健康成长。对家长志愿服务意向的调查发现当前家长有强烈地为幼儿园志愿服务的意向。幼儿园应通过丰富多彩的形式,进一步激发和保持家长志愿服务的热情,以获得家园合作共育的最优化效果。Parent volunteer, as a kind of parent resource, can make up for the inadequacy of kindergarten education resources. The survey of the kindergarten parent volunteer service intention found that parents had strong intention to provide volunteer service for the kindergarten and society. Kindergarten should make full use of parent resources and service for children and optimize the cooperation between kidergarten and family.
