高职院校教师专业化发展“以赛促培”模式的构建——以广西电力职业技术学院开展“教学比赛”为例

摘　　要：就高职院校教师专业化发展的内涵,以教师职业教育教学能力这一高职教师专业化的发力点为重点,分析广西高职院校教师专业化发展现状,阐述如何从"完善比赛制度,规范比赛程序,健全比赛体系"等三方面来构建高职教师专业化发展的"以赛促培"模式。并以广西电力职业技术学院开展"教案比赛"为例,说明"以赛促培"模式的构建过程及其取得的成绩。this paper focuses on the improvement of teachers＂ professional teaching and education abilities in vocational college, which is the connotation of teachers＇ professional development. It reviews the present situation in Guangxi and expatiates how to construct the mode of training through racing to the development of teachers＂ specialization by improving three aspects：improve competition rules, standardize the procedures and perfect the system. It finally cites the example of Teaching Plan Competition in Guangxi Electrical Polvtechnic Institute to illustratethe constructing procedures and the achievements.
