摘 要:杂粮既是中国粮食安全的重要补充,又是调剂居民饮食消费结构的主角,越来越受到政府部门和消费者的关注,尤其是学者的科研参与极大地丰富了杂粮研究的领域和视野。回顾了杂粮的概念,从杂粮的生产、消费、流通、贸易、文化及营养等方面综述了杂粮研究的成果。但杂粮概念的界定、研究的角度和方法方面还存在一定问题,未来有关杂粮的健康营养特性、消费和贸易、定量研究等还有待进一步拓展和加强。Coarse grains is not only an important supplement of China's food safety, but also a protagonist of adjusting inhabitants' diet consumption, which has gotten more and more attention of government departments and consumers, especially scholars' researches have greatly enriched coarse grains research field and vision. This paper reviewed the concept of coarse grains, and summarized the research findings from coarse grains production, consumption, circulation, trade, culture and nutrition. But some problems still existed in the concept definition, research angle and method of coarse grains, in the future,health and nutrition characteristics, consumption and trade and quantitative research of coarse grains need to be further expanded and strengthened.
