摘　　要：根据综合性大学深圳大学食品科学与工程专业生源状况与教育特点,研究专业教学融合创新与创业教学的方式与实践特点。利用食品专业相对容易创业的优势,激发学生创业热情,设置创业教育模块,采取多种形式的创业教育活动。将实践教学与创业活动结合起来,实现专业教学与创业创新教育有机融合,构建特区特色的食品专业创新创业教育新体系。Based on the student resource and characteristics of major of food science and engineering, the academic education combining with entrepreneurial education of food major in Shenzhen university was studied. According to advantages and conveniences of the entrepreneurial education of major of food science and engineering, the activities including innovation and entrepreneur education modules and practical teaching were taken to encourage student to start their own business. Combing course education with the entrepreneurial education, special economic zone-oriented entrepreneurial education systems have been established.
