摘  要:敬业员工出现流失,其背后是人力资源管理体系出现了问题。企业该如何有效调配、激励、培育那些有潜力、敬业的员工?让敬业的员工得到合理回报,让偷奸耍滑者无立足之地,这样才能真正发挥人力资源优势,这样的企业才有希望和未来。The losses of devoted employees reflect the problem of HR management. This is a common phenomenon in many enterprises.How to ensure devoted employees get rewarded and drones nowhere to hide through effective measures to distribute, encourage and foster potential devoted employees? Thus the advantage of human resources could be fully developed, and the enterprises could have hope and better future. It is acknowledged that shareholders should be repaid reasonably. However, if devoted workers are not properly paid, where the dividends ofshareholders come from?
