摘  要:目的 为了了解转专业学生对新专业学习的适应情况,为高校转专业政策的制定及实施提供参考依据.方法 统计北京某医学院校2007级-2010级临床医学专业学生生物医学课程、临床医学课程及临床技能考核成绩,并将转专业学生与非转专业学生成绩进行均值比较及t检验.结果 转专业学生生物医学课程、临床医学课程及临床技能考核成绩均优于非转专业学生,大部分学生的成绩在年级中名列前茅.结论 转专业学生对新专业的学习适应良好,成绩较佳;该校现行转专业制度有效保障部分学生的发展需求,取得预期效果。Objective To study the academic performance of students having changed major,thusly provide basis for the establishment and implementation of major-changing policies in colleges and universities.Methods The scores of major courses of clinical medical students having changed major and those haven't in grade 2007 - 2010 were collected and compared,to get mean comparison and t-test.Results The exam results of students having changed majors were generally better than those haven't.Conclusions The academic performance of students having changed major is quite good.The policy of changing major is an effective support for the students and it has produced the desired results.
