摘　　要：本文分析了涉外护理专业英语教学中存在的问题,并以肇庆医学高等专科学校为例阐述了涉外护理专业英语教学改革的途径、方法及成效,以更好地缓解涉外护理人才短缺的问题,培养合格的护理人才。Taking Zhaoqing Medical College as an example,this article analyzed the problems existing in the English teaching of international nursing programs,proposed the ways and solutions as well as introduces the results and improvements achieved.This practice aimed to train the nursing students to meet the international requirements and better solve the shortage of international nurses.
