大学生主体性道德教育的意蕴探析

摘　　要：增进积极情感体验、培育积极人格和促成积极社会组织是积极心理学的基本思想。积极情感体验、积极社会组织是激发大学生主体性道德需要、唤起大学生主体性道德意识、发展大学生主体性道德能力和培育大学生主体性道德人格的必要条件,积极人格的实质即为大学生主体性道德人格。以积极心理学为视域,实施大学生主体性道德教育是大学生学雷锋常态化和社会主义核心价值观教育的创新模式,是道德教育的时代创新。The basic idea of positive psychology is promoting the positive emotional experience,cultivating positive person-ality and promoting positive social organization. The positive emotions and the positive social organization are the necessaryconditions to stimulate the subjective moral need,arouse the subjective moral consciousness,develop the moral ability ofthe subjectivity,and cultivate the subjective moral personality of the college students. The essence of positive personality isthe subjective moral personality of college students. The implementation of subjective moral education of college studentsfrom the perspectives of positive psychology is the innovation mode of the normalization of college students who learn fromLei Feng and the education of the socialist core values concept and it is the innovation of moral education in the era.
