摘　　要：目前,一些高职院校《企业管理》课程教学的整体水平还比较低,教学中存在着教学目的比较模糊、教学理念比较落后、教学方法比较简单、教学内容比较陈旧、实训流于形式、教学考评比较乏力的问题。亟需加大教学改革力度,明确教学目的,转变教学理念,丰富教学方法,更新教学内容,强化实训教学,完善教学考评,以提高教学质量来促进高职院校的发展。At present, some higher vocational colleges of the curriculum teaching the overall level of enterprise management is still relatively low, the teaching of the teaching purpose is fuzzy, relatively backward teaching concept, teaching method is simple, the teaching content is old and practice become a mere formality, teaching evaluation is weak. Needs to strengthen the teaching reform, teaching objectives, changing teaching ideas, enrich teaching methods, updating teaching content, strengthening practice teaching, improve teaching evaluation, in order to improve the teaching quality to promote the development of higher vocational colleges.
