摘　　要：随着我国经济的发展和社会的进步,市场竞争的关键在于行业领先人才和人力资源的竞争。随着近年来市场需求的不断变化,校企合作的方式和激励机制也有了新的表现形式。本文以滁州职业技术学院为例,针对其旅游专业校企联合的具体情况,对于其在校企合作中的创新机制与激励政策进行研究,旨在能够推动我国高职院校校企合作的合理、健康、可持续发展。With the development of economy and the progress of the society in China,market competition lies in the competition of industry leading talent human resources.With the changing market demand in recent years,the ways of cooperation between colleges and incentive mechanism is a new form.Taking Chuzhou Vocational and Technical College as an example,according to the specific condition of its university-enterprise cooperation of tourism specialty,this article studies its innovation and incentive policy in university-enterprise cooperation mechanism,aiming to promote the reasonable,healthy and sustainable development of university-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges in China.
