摘　　要：目的:探讨案例教学法结合PBL应用于肾内科临床见习教学中的效果。方法:研究对象为在我院肾内科见习的46名学生,随机分为实验组和对照组,分别采用案例教学法结合PBL和传统教学法,用问卷调查和见习报告分数进行评价。结果:案例教学法结合PBL在教学满意度及见习报告得分等方面显著高于传统教学法。结论:案例教学法结合PBL相较传统教学法,提高了学生的学习兴趣及综合能力,值得推广。objective： To investigate the effectiveness of using case-based teaching together with PBL for clinical placement in the department of nephrology. Methods ： 46 clinic medicine undergraduate students were divided into 2 groups. Questionnaires and scores of clinical placement were analyzed. Results： Students＇ satisfaction and the scores of the placement of the experimental group were better than those of the control group. Conclusion： the new method is superior to the conventional method.
