摘　　要：马克思市民社会理论认为,市民社会具有历史性和发展性。市民社会的形态演变,即政治形态、经济形态、文化形态的分离与变化,与公共理性和社会伦理道德的构建具有内在关系。这一理论对于推动中国道德治理向生活性转变,实现道德的生活性和生活性的道德的统一具有借鉴意义。Civil society theory by Marx holds that civil society is historical and developmental. The evolution of civil society＇s forms, namely, the separation and the change of the political forms, the economic forms and the cultural forms, has internal relations with the construction of the public rationality and social ethics and morality. This theory has reference significance for promoting the transformation of China^s moral governance to the aspect of life to realize the unification between moral life and life moral.
