摘　　要：我国的本科教育进入大众化教育阶段后,多数本科院校转向以培养应用型人才为主。本文对新建地方本科院校"以岗导学"人才培养模式的主要特征、体系构建总体思路、改革措施等方面进行了阐述和探讨,以期对地方本科院校校企合作的办学思路提供借鉴。Most undergraduate universities turn to mainly train applied talents after our undergraduate education enter the popular education stage. The exposition and discussion in the main features,general idea of the system and reform measures of talent- training model about post- guiding in newly- built local undergraduate university were made so as to offer the reference for school idea of college- enterprise cooperation in local undergraduate university.
