新形势下高职院校教师的心理探析

摘　　要：随着我国高等教育的发展,高等职业教育越来越受到重视,但随之而来的是高职院校教师在生源质量、自身技能、个人发展等方面面临诸多困惑,并产生了一定的心理负担。对此,本文提出了相应的对策:坚守一个信念,即在思想上要有信心,在行为上要勤勉;保持一个心态,即保持宁静、温和、不偏激的平和心态;坚持一个原则,即坚持中学会选择。探析新形势下高职院校教师的心理,可以促进高职院校教师的心理健康,提高高等职业教育质量,进而推动高等职业教育的发展。With the development of higher education in China, higher vocational education draws ever more attention. However, this is also accompanied by increasing perplexity for teachers in face of the quality of students, their personal teaching skills as well as individual prospects, which brings them certain psychological burden. This paper puts forward a corresponding solution： stick to one belief, which requires one to have faith in minds and be diligent in conduct, adopt one attitude which is to be a peaceful, mild and impartial teacher, and adhere to one principle which demands one to make choices consistently. The enquiry into the psychological status of teachers in vocational colleges under new circumstances would promote the mental health of teachers in vocational colleges, improve the teaching quality in vocational education, thus accelerate the development of vocational education.
