摘 要:美国20世纪中期,传统教学模式"重理论、轻实践"的局限性比较突出,如何提高高校学生解决问题的能力成为各方研究的对象。服务性学习(Service-Learning)将学校学习与社区活动挂钩,让学生在实践中学习。该模式逐步被美国高校所接受,成为提升学生实践能力、联系学校与社区之间的重要纽带。In the middle 1920s' in the United States, the traditional teaching mode of emphasizing theo- ry and neglecting practice" was prevailing. As a result, how to develop students" skills of solving problems became the target of research. Service-Learning is associated with school leaning and community activities to provide students with opportunity to learn from practice. Being a key bond between schools and commu- nities to develop students" practical skills, the mode has been gradually accepted by American colleges and universities.
