摘  要:合作是当代大学生必备的素质,教学中采取小组合作学习对提高学习成效有积极作用。合作学习小组的组建是影响合作学习质量的重要因素,文章根据文献研究及实践经验,将合作学习小组组建分为初期准备、中期建设、后期总结反思三个环节进行研究,提出初期准备应确定小组的规模、完成小组内角色的搭配、改变传统教室的安排,中期建设可从建立积极互赖关系、建立个体责任、建立合作技能培训模式、建立组间合作四个方面着手,后期总结反思是不断地发现问题、解决问题,完善合作小组组建的必要环节。Cooperation is a kind of necessary quality for modem college students. The cooperative learning group in the process of teaching will have a positive effect on improving the learning efficiency. The organization of cooperative learning group is a significant element to influence the quality of learning. According to document research and practical experience, the article divides the organization of cooperative learning group into initial preparation, mid-construction, and final summary and reflection to research. Moreover, it proposes that the initial preparation should confirm the scale of group, complete role distribution within the group and change the arrangement of traditional class; the mid-construction can be implemented from four aspects, that is, the construction of positive interdependent relationship, the construction of cooperation skills training model, and the organization of intergroup cooperation. The final summary and reflection is to discover and settle problems constantly, and even complete the necessary steps of the organization of cooperative groups.
