紫荆花中氨基酸的测定与营养学评价

摘　　要：利用氨基酸自动分析仪测定了紫荆花中的17种氨基酸。结果表明,氨基酸含量为9.9%,其中必需氨基酸占总氨基酸的比值为37.57%,必需氨基酸与非必需氨基酸的比值为60.18%。结果显示,紫荆花中的氨基酸较高,具有很高的开发利用价值。The content of 17 kinds of amino acids in Bauhinia Blakeana Dun was determined by an automatic amino acid analyzer.The results showed that the content of amino acids was 9.9%.The ratios of essential amino acids to total amino acids and essential amino acids to non-essential amino acids were 37.57%and 60.18%respectively.The high content of amino acids in Bauhinia Blakeana Dunshowed encouraging prospect.
