摘  要:《AECT标准(2012版)》是美国教育传播与技术协会(简称AECT)在2012年颁布的,《中小学教师信息技术应用能力标准(试行)》(以下简称"能力标准(试行)")是2014年我国为全面提升中小学教师的信息技术应用能力,促进信息技术与教育教学深度融合而颁布的。尽管两个标准颁布的时间较为接近,但是由于两国的政治制度、文化观念和教育水平上的差异,两个标准在颁布背景、颁布机构及版本变化、适用对象、内容维度等方面必然存在着差异。本文采用比较研究的方法,选取这两个一前一后颁布的文件进行对比,旨在通过对《AECT标准(2012版)》进行研究,发现我国《能力标准(试行)》中一些不完善的地方,为我国《能力标准(试行)》的进一步修订和完善提供可供参考的经验。AECT Standards(2012 version) was adopted by Association for Educational Communication and Technology in 2012. The standard of teacher's ability of applying information technology in primary and secondary schools(Trial) was promulgated by Chinese Ministry of Education in 2014, which helps to improve the Chinese teachers' information technology application ability and promote the depth of information technology and teaching integration. Though the promulgated time of the two standards is so close, the two standards are different in promulgated background, promulgation of agency, version, applicable people and content indicators because of the different political system, different culture and different educational standards in the two countries. In order to make The standard of teachers' ability of applying information technology in primary and secondary schools(Trial) to be better, we use comparative method in this paper to study AECT Standards(2012 version),which can help to fix up the drawbacks to Chinese stardard.
