摘  要:目的:考察高校教师基本心理需求的满足对其离职倾向的影响机制,并研究工作满意度在两者间的中介作用。方法:采用工作中的基本需求满足量表、明尼苏达工作满意度短式量表及离职倾向问卷,对国内180位高校专职教师进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷158份。结果:基本心理需求的满足对高校教师离职倾向有显著的负向影响,对其工作满意度有正向影响;工作满意度在基本心理需求的满足与离职倾向间起完全中介作用。结论:高校教师基本心理需求的满足通过工作满意度对其离职倾向产生负向影响。Objective: To examine the impact basic psychological needs satisfaction on their turnover, and explore themediating effect of job satisfaction between the basic need satisfaction and turnover in college teachers. Methods: A totalof 180 college teachers participated in this study. Basic Need Satisfaction Scale at Work, Minnesota Satisfaction Question-naire and Turnover Questionnaire by Mobley were applied to the participants, of which 158 people responded effectively.Results: Basic need satisfaction had positive and negative predictive effects on job satisfaction and turnover respectively;job satisfaction played a complete mediating role on the relationship between basic need satisfaction and turnover. Conclusion: College teachers' basic psychological needs exerted negative influence on the turnover through job satisfaction.
