摘  要:采用固相微萃取法(SPME)和同时蒸馏萃取法(SDE)提取牛角瓜中挥发性成分,联合气质联用技术进行分析.结果表明,利用两种提取方法从牛角瓜中共鉴别出163个化合物,其中固相微萃取法鉴定了81个化合物,而同时蒸馏萃取法鉴定了82个化合物,共有的化合物为30个.The volatile components of horn melon were extracted using solid-phase microextraction (SPME) and simultaneous distillation extraction (SDE) combining with mass spectrometry technique for analysis. 163 chemical compounds were identified by two extraction methods. Among them, 81 compounds were obtained by SPME and 82 compounds were obtained by SDE. Only 30 same components were identified by both methods.
