摘 要:我们结合多年化工原理课程设计的教学实践,阐述了如何将Aspen Plus全面地应用到化工原理课程设计过程中。利用软件中的RadFrac和HeatX严格计算模块及其他自带工具,可以求得给定理论板数下的回流比、塔径、换热器面积及公用工程耗量。据回流比与年总费用关系曲线确定最优的回流比,进而得到设备设计所需的全部工艺数据。采用上述方法,课程设计中的工艺计算可全部由软件完成而无须手算,这就提高了设计效率和质量,为学生从事化工设计工作打下了坚实的基础。This paper describes how to fully apply Aspen Plus to course design for Principles of Chemical Engineering based on the teaching practice in the past years. Rigorous models of RadFrac and HeatX a- long with other built-in tools are used to calculate reflux ratio, column diameter, heat transfer areas of condenser and re-boiler, and utilities usages for a given number of theoretical plates. According to the curve of reflux ratio vs. total annual cost (TAC), the optimal reflux ratio was achieved and then all the process parameters for equipment design were obtained. Following the proposed procedure, the process calculations in the course design can be completely performed by computer instead of hand. The practice shows that Aspen Plus has improved the efficiency and quality of the course design and laid a solid foun- dation for potential engagement in the job of chemical engineering design.
