工学结合模式下高职大学英语教师专业发展的困境与对策

摘　　要：在强调工学结合的高职教育环境下,高职大英教师的专业发展面临专业边缘化、课程边缘化、数字化学习、缺乏企业经历等挑战。高职大英教师应以提升人文精神促进自身的专业情意健全,以反思性实践引领教学研,组建教学团队,成为数字化教师,发展复合化为路径,来推动自身专业发展。As vocational colleges emphasize background of learning-working combination,college English teachers are facing such challenges as marginalization of their specialty and course,e-learning,lack of enterprise experience and so on in their professional development.In order to promote their professional development,college English teachers should adopt the following approaches：enhancing their humanistic spirit to further professional affection,leading their teaching and researching with reflective practice,building their teaching teams,becoming digital teachers,and compound developing.
