摘  要:肥胖目前在全球流行,预防和治疗肥胖刻不容缓。市场上的减肥药多为化学合成药物,副作用大。相对于合成的减肥药,从天然食品中寻找有抗肥胖效果的食品及其化学成分具有重要的实用价值。本文从体外胰脂肪酶实验,动物实验,临床研究等方面较系统的综述了谷物、豆类、茶叶、果蔬、香辛料药食同源物等在降脂减肥方面的作用。为进一步研究其抗肥胖机理和研发预防和治疗肥胖的功能食品提供理论依据。Obesity is a global epidemic issue, prevention and treatment of obesity has becoming important social and medical problems. There are a variety of weight loss drugs in current market, which are mainly made by synthetic drugs. It has much more side effects. It is a key practical value to search foods and their chemical components with anti-obesity effects compare with synthetic drugs. The article reviewed the lipid-lowering and anti-obesity effects of foods and their chemical compositions,such as grains,foed legumes,vegetables and fruits,as well as medicine foods,by in vitro pancreatic lipase activity assay, animal experiments, and clinical experiments. The results provided strong theoretical basis for further investigating the anti-obesity mechanisms and developing the functional foods for prevention and treatment of anti- obesity.
