北部湾食品应用型人才培养的调研与思考

摘　　要：为了推进优势专业建设,贯彻落实"工学结合,校企合作"的教育理念,对广西区内外几所高校及北部湾多家食品企事业单位人才需求状况进行调研,在实际操作中,发现存在诸多需要解决的问题。作为应用型本科院校,当前要想使校企合作取得实质性进展,需要做到:发挥校企合作的模式,开展订单式人才培养尝试;提高教师综合素质,大力开展双师型教师培养和认定;提高自身水平,促进校企合作的可持续性。In order to promote the construction of dominant specialty, carry out the education idea of ＂working-integrated learning and facilitate university-enterprise cooperation＂, this paper carried out some researches among some universities inside and outside Guangxi and several food enterprises in Beibu Gulf region. The finding shows that it is necessary to give full lay to u- niversity-enterprise cooperation mode, carry out orders-personnel training; improve the overall quality of teachers, vigorously pro- mote the training and identification of double-profession teachers in order to make effective and sustainable development of univer- sity-enterprise cooperation.
