摘 要:目的 探讨品管圈活动在耳鼻咽喉科护理实习教学中的应用效果.方法 选择2013年7月~2014年11月来自川渝两地三所医学院校护理专业的80名护生,按进入耳鼻咽喉科实习的先后顺序随机分为对照组和实验组(各40名),对照组采用传统教学法,实验组在此基础上成立品管圈小组进行护理教学,比较两组的教学效果.结果 实施品管圈活动后,实验组护生的专科理论考试成绩、操作技能考核成绩、带教老师对实验组护生实习满意度、实验组护生对老师带教满意度[(81.17±2.30)分、(90.87±2.69)分、92.5%、95.0%]均明显高于对照组[(77.15±3.46)分、(86.89±3.42)分、80.0%、87.5%],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 品管圈活动可有效提高耳鼻咽喉科护理教学质量.Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle (QCC) activities during nursing practice teaching in the department of otolaryngology.Methods 80 nursing students from July 2013 to November 2014 from three medical schools in Sichuan and Chongqing were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by the order of entrance in department of otolaryngology,with 40 nursing students in each group.The control group was given the traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group was given the traditional teaching methods combined with QCC activities.Nursing teaching quality of two groups was compared.Results In experiment group,the theory test scores,operation skills scores,satisfaction degree of teachers and satisfaction degree of nursing students were (81.17±2.30) scores,(90.87±2.69) scores,92.5% and 95.0% respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the control group [(77.15±3.46) scores,(86.89±3.42) scores,80.0% and 87.5%].The differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion The QCC activities can effectively improve the teaching quality of nursing students in department of otorhinolaryngology.
