摘  要:新手教师成长关系学生发展、教育质量。当前,促进新手教师成长的措施中存在过分迷信别人经验、片面恶补劣势学科、忽视生活中的资源的问题。有针对性加以调整,坚持学习别人的经验,形成自己的风格、优先单科突破,实现全面提升、关注学生经验,把握自己的生活,才能真正实现新手教师的发展。Development of novice teachers is related to students' development and education quality. Nowadays, there are several problems in the development measures of novice teachers : believing in experiences, promoting disadvantages subject, neglecting life re- sources. Novice teachers must adjust behavior according to the phenomena to achieve the development. They need not only learn oth- ers' experience, but also form their own style. They not only make a breakthrough, but also realize comprehensive promotion. They not only pay attention to students experience, but also grasp their own life.
