摘  要:围绕广东省高职院校艺术设计专业人才培养方案,在以工作过程为导向的课程体系基础上,推行"项目工作室"产学研用结合的人才培养模式,实现人才培养的四个引入,即企业骨干引入教学团队、企业项目引入教学内容、企业资源引入教学环境、企业准则引入生产性实训。实践表明,这一模式有效地将学校与社会对人才的供求情况相衔接,以实践教学促进能力提高,增强了高职艺术设计专业学生的社会竞争力。Establishment of vocational art and design professional “project studio” system collaborative education platform,will use a combination of research, is to cultivate innovative talents of effective protection, fundamentally solve the disconnect between school education and social needs of the state. Focuses on art and design colleges in Guangdong Vocational Training Program professionals how to adapt teaching studio problems in the system basis to work on a process-oriented curriculum, the implementation of “Project Studio” research by combining training model reform and further realization of four training model is introduced, namely the introduction of the teaching team enterprise backbone, business project to introduce teaching content, enterprise resource introducing teaching environment, corporate guidelines for the introduction of productive training. By the early studies show and teaching practice,“project studio” system of personnel training mode effectively the school and the community of talent supply and demand situation of convergence, the ability to improve the practice of teaching to promote and enhance the social competition vocational art and design majors force.
