摘  要:对9种来源不同的蛹虫草菌株进行了菌丝培养观察、拮抗试验和酯酶同工酶聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳试验,并进行了固体栽培出草试验。分析结果表明:9种菌株可以大致分为三类,C1、C2、C9为一类,C8为一类,它们都只长菌丝不出草,生长速率基本一致,但菌丝生长情况不同,前者为灰白色稀疏绒毛状,后者为乳白色绒毛状:C3、C4、C5、C6、C7为一类,菌株活力较强能出草,其菌丝基本都为白色圆环匍匐状。酯酶同工酶结果和拮抗试验及菌丝形态特征基本一致。To nine different sources of Cordyceps militaris cultured isolates were observed antagonism test and esterase isozymes polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, and solid cultivation of grass trials. The results show that nine strains can be roughly divided into three categories, the C1, the C2, the C9 as a class, the C8 for a class, they are not only long grass mycelium growth rate basically the same, but the mycelium growth situation is different, the former is sparse gray fluffy, which is white fluffy; the C3, the C4, the C5, the C6, the C7 as a class, can be a strong strain of grass vigor, its hyphae basically for white circle prostrate form. The results ofesterase isozymes, antagonistic experiments and mycelium morphology are consistent.
