摘　　要：班级文化是高校校园文化的重要组成部分,对大学生具有教育、熏陶、凝聚、激励等积极功能。班级文化对培养和提高大学生的综合素质、增强大学生实践操作能力、提升大学生创新能力、创建和谐人际关系,增强班级凝聚力等方面有着积极作用。将根据自己在高校工作的体验,从高校班级文化建设中存在的问题出发,提出加强班级文化建设的对策。Class culture is an important part of campus culture of college which plays an important role ineducating, edifying, uniting and inspiring college students. Class culture helps to cultivate and improve students’comprehensive quality, to enhance students’operational ability, to promote students’creating ability, to developharmonious relationship, to unite the class better. Based on the author’s own working experience at college, thispaper provides the strategy to promote the construction of class culture by analyzing the problems of constructingclass culture.
