摘　　要：议事规则是保障议事民主的基本规范,也是践行民主价值的重要技术支撑,在力求公平与效率的基础上能够有效地推动民主政治的运行与发展。基于大学生班级民主管理的事实,以民主技术的微观考量来探析提升班级民主管理的新模式,进而强调民主技术上升为民主习惯对推动大学生班级民主管理的重要价值。Rules of procedure is the basic norms to protect deliberative democracy, also the important technicalsupport to practice democratic values. In sought on the basis of fairness and efficiency can effectively promote theoperation and development of democratic politics. Based on the fact of democratic management of college studentsclasses, with micro-democracy technical considerations to upgrade to a new model of democratic management class.Further stress on the great valuetechnical increased on democracy democratic habits to promote students democraticmanagement classes.
