摘　　要：高校教师应明确"学为人师、行为世范"的实质与精髓。提高高校教师的政治素养、道德水准和学术能力水平是重塑高校灵魂的重要内容。在此基础上的高校师德建设已成为重塑民族之魂的引擎。University teachers should understand the essence of ＂learn, act, to serve as example to all＂. Improving university teachers＂ political standard and academic level are important contents to remold university so as to instruct others; accomplishment, moral spirit, on which basis university teachers＂ professional ethics construction has become the engine to remold national spirit.
