摘  要:基于内模控制理论,针对二阶时滞工业系统,设计了模糊内模PID控制方案。该方案实现简单,且对工况的变化具有优良的适应性。对某典型的时滞工业过程的三种不同工况进行二阶建模与仿真,结果表明,该控制方案,超调小,过渡时间短,动态性能好,控制效果优于内模控制及PID控制。Based on the internal model control, a fuzzy internal model PID control system is presented for the second-order industrial system with time delay. The scheme is easy to be realized and has excellent adaptability to operating regime variety .The step response result, under three operating regimes of a typical second-order industrial processes, with time delay, is established by the model identification, it shows that, the control quality of this control system is apparently superior to internal model control system and the PID control system, with short transition time, less overshoot and good dynamic performance.
