摘  要:高职教育宜采取"工学结合、校企合作"人才培养模式,但现实校企合作存在诸多困境。究其根本原因,在于学校和企业之间存在一个人才成长的"中间地带",这是由社会分工自然产生的空白地带,是一个既不属学校也不属企业的相对独立的公共领域。理论上有多种模式可以衔接"中间地带"的人才培养,但综合多方现实条件,最便捷方式是"校企合作"。"中间地带"构成了校企合作的逻辑起点,也为之提供了重要的政策性启示。The development of higher vocational education should take the talents training mode of "work- integrated learning, college-enterprise cooperation", but in reality, college-enterprise cooperation has many difficulties. The fundamental reason lies in the fact that a "Middle Zone" of talents development existed between colleges and enterprises. This is a blank zone which occurs naturally due to the social division of labor. It is a relatively independent public field which neither belong to the colleges nor the enterprises. Theoretically, a variety of talents training modes can be used to connect up to the "middle zone", but by analyzing the realistic conditions, the most convenient way is "college-enterprise cooperation". The "Middle Zone" constitutes the logical starting point of the college-enterprise cooperation and provides important policy enlightenment for it.
