校企真正高度融合才是职业教育发展的有效途径

摘　　要：校企"互动、融合、共担共享、齐头并进"的建设思路是国外职业教育走过的有效路径,企业技术人员参加的"双师"教学团队,承担实践教学,教师深入企业和生产一线与工程技术人员互动,取长补短,现场和课堂交替教学,形成良性循环,共同分担教学、生产任务,是实现职业教育有效性的唯一途径。The construction idea of school-enterprise Interaction, Integration, Sharing and Go Hand in Hand, is a valid path in abroad vocational education, business and technical personnel participate in the Double Teaching Team, undertake teaching practice, teachers step into the business and production line with the engineer and technical personnel to interact each other,make the best of the both worlds and classroom teaching, forming a virtuous circle, shared teaching, production tasks. This is the only way to promote the effectiveness of vocational education.
