摘 要:对松茸浓缩口服液的品质做了初步的评价,对其感观、相对密度、p H值、卫生学指标和营养成分含量进行检测。结果表明,松茸浓缩口服液呈澄明的黄褐色液体,无浑浊和沉淀,味甘,相对密度(1.10±0.05)g·m L-1,p H值为7.50±0.05,每支装量为10 m L,棕色瓶包装,卫生学检测符合标准,含有多糖(86.7±0.2)mg/100m L、维生素C(0.50±0.04)mg/100m L、黄酮(1.18±0.04)mg/100m L、蛋白质(193.3±0.3)mg/100m L、多酚(0.19±0.02)mg/100m L、三萜(38.3±0.1)mg/100m L,检出了17种氨基酸,其品质良好。本研究为松茸口服液的推广及进一步研究提供了数据基础。A preliminary assessment of Tricholoma matsutake condensed oral liquid was made, and their senses, relative density, pH, hygiene indicators and nutrient content were detected. The results showed that the clarity of the mushroom was brown liq- uid, no turbidity and precipitation, sweet, and the relative density was (1.10±0.05) g·mL^-1, pH value was 7.50±0.05, the amount of each device was 10 mL, hygiene testing was up to standard. It contained polysaccharide (86.7±0.2) mg/100mL, vitaminC (0.50±0.04) mg, flavonoids (1.18±0.04) mg/10OmL, protein (193.3±0.3) mg/100mL, polyphenol (0.19±0.02) mg/100mL, triterpenoids (38.3±0.1) mg/100mL, and 17 kinds of amino acids were detected with good quality. The study pro-vided a data base for promotion of oral matsutake and further research.
