摘  要:采用单因素随机区组试验设计,就施肥种类和施用量对亚麻籽油中α-亚麻酸含量的影响进行了研究。结果表明,施肥后α-亚麻酸含量的消长与硬脂酸含量呈正相关,与棕榈酸、油酸和亚油酸含量呈负相关;各处理间亚麻籽油中α-亚麻酸含量存在显著或极显著差异,在试验范围内,施肥量与α-亚麻酸含量呈正相关,N,P素施用量越大,α-亚麻酸含量越高。To discuss the influence of type and dosage of fertilization on flaxseed oil α- linolenic acid content, this study adopted single factor randomized block design and repeated three times. The statistical results showed that dynamic changes of the major fatty acids after fertilization were as follows: α- linolenic acid content change was positively correlated with the content of stearic acid, was negatively correlated with the content of palmitic acid, oleic acid and linoleic acid. Every treatment had statistically significant difference or highly significant difference on α- linolenic acid content in flaxseed oil. In the range of experiment fertilization, fertilization amount was positively correlated with α- linolenic acid content, N, P application amount was larger, the higher the content of α- linolenic acid.
