大数据时代学习者权利的保障

摘　　要：大数据构成了当代教育的技术背景之一,必然对包括学习者权利在内的教育要素产生深刻影响,学习资源、学习过程、学习评价以及学习者的地位因此发生了深刻的变化。学习者从被动的受教育者,成为了知识的建构者,人力资源的再造者,教育管理的参与者,学习型社会的建设者。因此,有必要对大数据时代的学习者权利加以特殊关照,并讨论其权利保障的基础。Big data constitutes one of the technical backgrounds of contemporary education, which will inevitably have a profound impact on educational elements including learners＇rights. Learning resources, learning process, learning assessment and leaners＇ status therefore have undergone dramatic changes. Roles of learners have been transforming from passive educatee to constructers of knowledge, recreators of human resources, participants of educational management and builders of the learning society. It is necessary to pay speical attention to leaners＇ rights in the day of big data and discuss the basis to guarantee their rights.
