摘　　要：根据食品类各专业实验设计与统计课程中出现的问题,在总结以往教学经验的基础上,结合目前高校教学观念的革新,提出了解决试验设计与统计分析的改革方法和思路,即不断更新教学观念、引入科研实例、介绍分析软件、阐释专业特色、探索考核方式方法,以期为提高食品类各专业的试验设计与统计分析的教学效果提供新思路。According to the constantly emerged problems in the courses of experiment design and statistical analysis of Food Science in modern society ,and based on the summary of past teaching experience and combining with the innovation of current college teaching idea ,the paper proposes the reform ways and thoughts to solve the experiment design and statistical analysis ,i.e.constantly updating teaching idea ,introducing the scientific research instances and the analysis software ,explaining the professional features ,and exploring the assessment ways and methods ,so as to offer new thoughts for the improvement of teaching effect of this course .
