摘　　要：普及普通话是我国的一项基本国策。广东省内普通话整体水平较低 ,其中有客观原因 ,也有主观原因。普及普通话需要加大力度 ,要成为政府行为。学校 ,特别是师范院校肩负着推普工作的双重任务。建立推普工作模式是行之有效的方法之一。本文构建了“普及普通话一二三模式” ,即一个目标 ,二种方式 ,三条途径。It is an essential policy of our country to popularize Putonghua. Generally speaking, Putonghua level in Guangdong Province is lower. There are two causes, one is objective, and the other is subjective. I think it necessary to make more efforts to popularize Putonghua by governmental conduct. Schools, especially normal colleges, shoulder the task of Putonghua popularity. To establish a working mode of doing this is one of the most effective measures. This article constructs 'one two three modes of Putonghua popularity' that is to say, one goal, two modes, and three approaches.
