摘  要:中职教师是否胜任中职学校的教学工作与职技高师自身的课程模式密切相关。职技高师因属本科层次而多采用学科课程,而与之相对应的中职学校的课程改革已经转向了工作世界,北美CBE课程、德国学习领域课程等逐渐取代了原有的学科课程。因此,中职师资的培养与使用之间存在着严重的课程错位,学科课程培养出来的中职师资无法胜任中职学校的工作课程。在探究职技高师院校转向工作课程的过程中,需处理好"本科之本"与"三性合一"的问题。The competence of the secondary vocational teachers teaching ability is closely related to its own curriculum pattern in vocational and technical teachers" schools. Vocational and technical teachers" colleges adopt disciplinary curriculum because of the undergraduate level. Compared with the vocational and technical teachers" schools, curriculum reform in secondary vocational schools has shifted to the working world, for example, the CBE course of North America, course of Germany learning areas and so on have replaced the original disciplinary curriculum. As a result, serious dislocation exists between the training and use of secondary vocational teachers courses, so teachers from disciplinary curriculmn training in secondary vocational schools are not qualified for work curriculum in secondary vocational schools .Thus, in the process of exploring the shift to the work curriculum in technology normal schools, the problem of the undergraduate course and three in one unity must be solved.
