摘 要:目的调查低年级中等护理专业学生自我效能感与学习动机的现状,并分析两者之间的关系。方法应用一般自我效能感量表、学习动机量表对324名低年级中等护理专业学生进行调查。结果低年级中等护理专业学生一般自我效能感总分为(23.98±4.65)分,处于中等水平;学习动机总分为(76.26±12.92)分。低年级中等护理专业学生的自我效能感与学习动机呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论低年级中等护理专业学生的自我效能感与学习动机普遍不高,自我效能感对学习动机有重要的预测作用,中等护理专业教育者应通过增强自我效能感来提高他们的学习动机,进而提升学习效果。Objective To investigate the correlation of self - efficacy and learning motivation in junior secondary vocational nursing students and analyze the relationship between them. Methods A total of 324 junior vocational nursing students were selected to complete the general self - efficacy scale and learning motivation scale. Results The total score of junior secondary vocational nursing students'self - efficacy was ( 23.98 ±4.65 ), which was at the middle level. The total score of students" learning motivation was ( 76.26± 12.92 ). Students" self - efficacy was positively correlated with learning motivation ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Self - efficacy and learning motivation of junior secondary vocational nursing students are not high generally. Students" self - efficacy has obvious predictive effects on learning motivation. Junior secondary vocational nursing teachers should pay more attention to improve students'self - efficacy ,in order to improve their learning motivation and learning effectiveness.
