摘　　要：从高等医学教育机构的视角出发，通过专家咨询和深入访谈，构建了包括教育条件、教育过程和教育结果3个一级指标的医学学术学位研究生教育质量内部评估指标体系。并且通过德尔菲咨询，计算确定指标体系中各级指标的权重值，其中3个一级指标的权重值分别为0.28、0.42、0.30；并对如何有效开展教育质量内部评估、科学运用评估结果进行探讨。From the perspective of institute of medical higher education, a set of index system which include three first level indicators has been constructed, for medical academic postgraduate ed-ucation internal evaluation with the method of expert advice as well as in-depth interview, and then through Delphi consulting, the weight of every indicator has been calculated. The weight of three first level indicators are 0.28 （educational condition）, 0.42 （educational process）, 0.30 （educational results） respectively. Finally, how to carry out internal evaluation and how to apply the results effec-tively have been discussed.
