摘  要:通过教学实践摸索总结出一套针对高职院校学生,且有效提高教学效果和学习兴趣的教学方法—"八步教学法"和课堂组织形式—"闭环学习法",并将两者有机结合,在教学实践中不断创新和优化,获得了良好的教学效果。该方法能够有效地解决高职学生难教厌学的问题、全面锻炼学生综合素质、有利改善学生就业现状,对推动高职教育教学改革具有积极意义,同时可为高职院校或相关专业的教学提供一定的参考和借鉴。To effectively improve the teaching effect and higher vocational students" learning interest, this paper summarizes the teaching method " eight - step teaching method" and the classroom organizational form " closed - loop learning" in the teaching practice. Both of them are innovated and optimized to obtain an excellent teaching effect, which can effectively solve the problem that higher vocational students is difficult to teach and tired of learn- ing, train the students "comprehensive quality, and improve the students employment situation. It not only can have a positive significance for promoting higher vocational education teaching method reform, but also can provide some reference for the related professional teaching in higher vocational colleges.
